Laws governing the rights of purchasers of new and used motor vehicles that do not function properly and which have to be returned repeatedly to the dealer for repairs.

Manufacturer’s traditionally attempt to build a good and reliable product.  It is in their best interest to do so in order to have continued sales and to stay in business.  Sometimes a component fails, due to poor design, or sub standard manufacturing, and possibly contributes to the failure of another dependant part.  Sometimes a part is installed improperly or just fails from fatigue.  Parts fail and cause catastrophic damage such as fires. If all remedies have failed to rectify a manufacturer component or design problem, and if the lemon law process is decided upon, then we can conduct an independent inspection of the vehicle or boat and generate a finding of fact report.  We document the inspection with two separate professional cameras and video, and if non-intrusive exploration of a wall or hull is necessary we have the capability to provide Certified Motorhome/RV or Marine/Boat Infrared Thermography.  We review every submitted case carefully before we accept a lemon law investigation case.
